Een poging tot interpretatie :
1) de mensen van mhp hebben hun uiterste best gedaan om patent schendingen te 
vermijden
2) ondanks dat eerste feit zijn ze 100% zeker dat ze toch patenten schenden 
(rara waarom)
3) Hun enige hoop op een oplossing is van de desbetreffende patenten te 
verzamelen, een speciale licentie te onderhandelen met alle partijen (waarvan 
99% niets te maken heeft met interactieve televisie), en deze licentie dan 
verder te verkopen.
4) zelfs gewoon een normale markt creeren voor die "IP" (dat is waar 
reasonable and non-discriminatory op slaat) is niet mogelijk als ook maar 1 
van de IP eigenaars tegenwerkt.

Vermenigvuldig deze problemen met het aantal stukken software die geschreven 
worden in Belgie per jaar, en het (potentieel) kostenplaatje dat voor de 
economie aan die wetgeving hangt begint te dagen.
