Verwilghen heeft recent een officieel antwoord gegeven op een

Hij blijft dus bij een onthouding. Dat is dezelfde stem als in
Dublin.

Alleen een nieuwe _tegen_ stem van Belgie zou helpen, maar dat is
diplomatiek zeer moeilijk ...

De contributie die we IMHO wel kunnen maken is dat als er een
discussie komt in de raad van Landbouw ministers maandag, alle
ministers misschien wel zullen moeten toegeven dat het in hun land
een fel gecontesteerd punt is en dus bezwaarlijk een A-item kan
genoemd worden (wat in het Nederlands een "hamerstuk" heet, ttz 
iets wat gewoon bij algemene unanimiteit met de hamer beslist wordt).
