nope, OASIS is de standaard-organizatie, standarizatie van het openoffice 
formaat is slechts een van hun vele standaarden (docbook DTD is ook van 
hun)

wat betreft ondersteuning van openoffice formaat:
- openffice natuurlijk
- KOffice:
 - momenteel via filters
 - vanaf 1.4 release (current is 1.3) als standaard formaat
- Abiword: via filters
- Wordperfect -> geen idee, meen me te herrinneren dat ze wel mee in het 
standarizatie commitee zaten
